This olive oil with boletus is excellent on a simple omelet, in a risotto or with fresh pasta. You can prepare a risotto with basic mushroom and make it taste like boletus thanks to this Symphonies.

Our basil olive oil is very much adapted to pasta, tomato with mozzarella and fish. It will give a unique fresh taste to your salads, as well as fresh fruits, the red one (strawberry, raspberry…) and the winter ones (orange, kiwi, apple & pear).
Produced by pressing the entire fresh tangerine directly with olives from our domain, this oil is interesting with carpaccio of fish of scallops. It can be used also in an exotic salad (i.e. shrimp and avocado) and finally on waffle for the dessert.
